The Process

1. Discovery call:

This a free 15-minute session for you to discuss your health goals, ask questions, and to see if we are a good fit. Please keep in mind that no medical advice or treatment will be provided in this appointment. This visit is optional.

2. Initial visit: Comprehensive Health Assessment

During this 60 minute visit, I will take your thorough medical, social, and lifestyle history. I will then get your treatment plan initiated today. I will also do a physical exam and refer you for lab work if needed.

3. Second visit: Personalized Treatment Plan

In this visit, I will outline your personalized treatment plan and go over your lab work. Our treatment plan may include dietary adjustments, supplementation, lifestyle changes, or other naturopathic therapies. Treatment will continue in this visit.

4. Follow-Up Visits: Progress Check & Treatment Adjustments

I will see you for follow-up appointments for 3-6 Sessions (every 2-4 Weeks depending on your condition). I’ll review your progress, assess your symptoms, and discuss how you're feeling. Based on this evaluation, I may adjust your treatment plan, add new therapies, or make other recommendations to keep you moving toward your health goals. The frequency of visits will be tailored to your needs and concerns.

5. Maintenance care: Ongoing Wellness

During the initial intensive phase, I will do a 3 month check in to assess how well the treatment plan is working. A 6 month visit marks a more comprehensive review of long-term progress, where I will evaluate if you are stable and transitioning into a maintenance phase.

6. Beyond the First Year:

Duration: Ongoing (6-12 Month Intervals)

At each 6-12 month interval, I will:

  • Reassess your health status and address any new concerns.

  • Offer guidance to maintain progress, prevent relapse, or adjust your treatment.

  • Support preventative care, wellness, and your long-term health goals.

Investing in your health

We understand that naturopathic care can sometimes feel like a significant investment. If cost is a concern, we can discuss your options and find a path forward that fits your situation by exploring treatments based on your budget without compromising your financial well-being.
